The Bowness Sportsplex has various options for room rentals.  Choose from the Main Hall, Upstairs Meeting Room or the Main Floor Meeting Room. Our two parking lots provide plenty of space for patron vehicles.

Main Hall
Recently renovated, the main hall has hosted a variety of regular and special events over the years.  From community meetings and weddings, to musical acts such as Downchild Blues Band, Los Lobos and Ian Tyson, to the more robust entertainment of Stampede Wrestling, the main hall is as versatile and functional as it is bright and clean.

• With Chairs (no tables)—Maximum of 1184

Upstairs Meeting Room
Perfect for dance classes, art groups and similar activities where you need some space to spread out, have large mirrors on multiple walls, and large windows for good sunlight. The room is also well suited to larger group meetings that need both table and open space.

Rates

• $50 per hour (min of 2 hours, up to 4 hours)
• $200 per day (over 4 hours, up to 8 hours)

Main Floor Meeting Room
A smaller room with room for many tables and open space, includes a kitchenette, and is wheelchair accessible.

• 25 People

Rates

• $25 per hour (min of 2 hours, up to 4 hours)
• $100 per day (over 4 hours, up to 8 hours)
