Main Hall

The main hall boasts over 9,500 square feet of floor space for your event. It is one of the City’s largest community halls and is ideal for many different functions including weddings, banquets, tradeshows, conferences, open houses and much more. There is no stage available so it must be rented externally if required.  Contact Molly at to reserve the Main Hall for any of your needs.


The main hall measures 119′ X 80′ and has the capacity to hold:
a) 700 people for a dinner and dance with tables and chairs
b) 935 people for a fixed seating event with tables and chairs, or
c) 1,184 people for a fixed seating event with chairs and standing room only.


Rental Fee Breakdown by Event: Rental Fee Damage Deposit
Public Events $1,500.00 plus GST $1,500.00
Private Events $1,000.00 plus GST $1,000.00
*Hourly Rate (up to 4 hours): $100/hour plus GST Varies
Daily Rate (Monday – Thursday for up to 6 hours): $550.00 plus GST Varies

*Minimum 2 hours rental required for hourly rate

Concerts: $2,000 plus GST, damage deposit  $2,000 – just for Hall Rental

Kitchen Rental, $250 plus GST, damage deposit $250

Events including liquor $250 plus GST for Rental plus $250 damage deposit.

***Rentals times on Fridays and Saturdays are 12pm – 12am unless otherwise agreed upon with management.

Note: All room rentals on long weekends and STAT holidays in the months of May, June, July, August and September will incur an additional $300 plus GST rental charge.
