Opioid deaths in Calgary increased again from 2017 – 2018, this includes deaths caused by Fentanyl. Naloxone is a drug that can temporarily reverse and opioid overdose to allow time for emergency medical care to be delivered. Learn about Naloxone and how to deliver a dose to someone experiencing an overdose. Naloxone kits will be available to those who take the training. Limited space so be sure to register early.
