One of the fastest growing paddle sports! These times are open to players of all levels (basic knowledge of the sport is recommended). Paddles are available to rent for $2.

All needle crafters welcome! If you have children with you they can play at the playground while you learn or share skills with others. Please note there is a drop-in fee for children to use the playground.

This is a great way to connect with friends and neighbors in a social, non-competitive environment. The season will start early October and run for 10 weeks. The indoor playground playground is for children aged 6 and under and includes an indoor play space with bouncy castles, mats and other toys. There is always something exciting happening at the playground.

FALL SESSION IS FULL, STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT ONE This 4 week course will provide all the basics to get you to the court. Karen is a passionate pickleball player and wants you to love the sport as much as she does! Paddles are included. Space is limited, email email@example.com to sign up.

Now on 5 days per week! Drop in and play some hockey with players from all over the City. Co-ed, 18+, full hockey equipment required. 22 players and 2 goalies max. Goalies can email email@example.com to sign up. First come, first serve.

Bring the whole family out for some free skating at the community centre. Helmets are mandatory for skaters under the age of 18. Hockey or All Sport helmets are accepted. Kids under the age of 16 require parental supervision. No outside footwear permitted on the ice. Strollers with clean wheels are acceptable. No sleds or other vehicles unless approved by BCA staff. Sticks, pucks, balls or other projectiles, playing hockey or high speed games and figure skating are not permitted during public skating. Skate aid devices must be clean and in good repair if brought in. Otherwise use arena provided skate aids.

$5 Drop in I Kids 6 and under free
Bring your stick and puck or ring and work on your stick handling and shooting skills. Stick, helmet and gloves required, children under 16 must be supervised. Rough play, slap shots, pickup games, scrimmages or formal coaching are not permitted.
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Starting September 26th and running through December 11th, try the world’s largest Latin dance inspired fitness program right here at the BCA. Open to all fitness levels and anyone over 18 years old. Move ‘n Mingle Fall Prevention

The Move ‘n Mingle fall prevention program is made of three primary components – the Exercise (or “Move” part), the Socialization (the ‘Mingle’ part), and the Education (the “Curriculum”).There is eligibility criteria to participate in this program.
